At Pagani Design Pakistan, customer satisfaction is important to us. We make every effort to deliver quality watches in proper condition. Please note that cash refunds are not offered. In case of a damaged product, manufacturing fault, or an incorrect item received, we provide an exchange or issue a coupon of the same value, which can be used for future purchases from our store.

If you receive a damaged watch or notice any fault, Pagani Design Pakistan will be responsible for exchanging the item. The customer must inform us within 3 days of receiving the order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, box, warranty card, accessories, and original packaging included.

Items can only be exchanged if they are damaged, faulty, or do not match the pictures or description shown on our website. If you wish to exchange a product due to a change of mind after receiving your order, delivery charges on both sides will be the customer’s responsibility.

All exchange requests are valid for purchases made within Pakistan. Any item purchased from Pagani Design Pakistan can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and returned with complete original packaging.
